This is a Classic 300 Polartec Fleece Jacket.
The military had several vendors making identical jackets for military personnel.
Used, but in excellent condition. Has been washed so there is some pilling in the fabric from washing. However if you brush the jacket lightly, it will look brand new.
No rips, no tears, no holes, no burn marks, all zippers/velcros/elastics in good condition.
- Toasty 100% polyester synthetic fleece.
- Nylon reinforced elbows and forearm.
- Under-arm zip vent (can open if you are getting a bit too warm so you avoid sweating if you are outdoors hiking or camping).
- Adjustable velcro cuff.
- Cinch drawstring at the waist.
- 2 zipper pockets on each side (with pull strings).
- 2 inside mesh pockets with elastic at the top (9" high x 13" wide). Big enough to hold your gloves, knit hat, wallet, keys, etc.
- Machine wash/dry.
This is an X-large jacket -- the tag says "chest over 45 inches". The sleeves are about 36" from the TOP OF THE SHOULDER to the cuff (about 22" from the underarm to the cuff).
However, I wear a size 42, regular coat and these are not that big on me. I have plenty of room to swing my arms and even wear a thick wool sweater underneath.
If I undo the velcro on the cuff and let the sleeve hang free, it comes down to the end of my index finger. Pulling the sleeve up a little and engaging the velcro keeps the sleeve right at my wrist -- perfect for the cold weather!!
