This is a used, but like new Netgear WGR614 Wireless "G" router and PC Card combination. The router is Netgear model WGR614 and the wireless PC card is Netgear model WG511. I've been using the router for about 4 months, the PC card is still brand new. No problems whatsoever. Comes with the original box along with the power adapter, ethernet cable, support software and documentation.
